Super happy and a must have

Pairing this with the Coil Showerhead Water Pipe and it's a must have unless you want to do a good cleaning daily. It can be a pain to get ash out of the coils. I really like the second deep bubbling sound it makes, reminds me of a Chinook helicopter.

Ugh! I neglected to mention...

I make very thin ice cubes for use specifically with this piece. Crushed ice is the best! Super chillllll.

I’ve bought it twice.

The first time was to use with the Stax Ursa setup I was buying at the same time. After breaking it when I was *****, I bought another Phoenix to replace it. It’s so easy to clean and makes everything else that much easier to clean. It also looks crazy and will freak your more square friends out, which I happen to enjoy. The body of the second Phoenix I bought doesn’t sit next to the body of Ursa as cleanly as the first one did but it’s fine. I recommend.

Design flaw

Had one, and functionally it was great. This is too heavy for there not to be a gusset or some type of support at the down-stem, like there is on the bowl side. I set my rig down and the ash-catcher snapped at the first elbow.
