Everyone has their own favorite way to enjoy GRAV Cannabis Spirit. 

So we’re compiling a collection of our favorite weed cocktail recipes for your drinking pleasure. It’s like how homemakers used to save weird Jello salad recipes from ladies' magazines. (Except they had to clip theirs around ads for legal amphetamines and asbestos-filtered cigarettes.)

Which Spirit to Use?

GRAV Cannabis Spirit is a THC drink that honors the plant. Made from just spring water, hemp, and citric acid (for freshness), the flavor is clean and earthy. In short—it tastes like weed.  

These weed cocktails work great with either GRAV Cannabis Spirit Black Label (with 20 milligrams of THC per serving) or the low-dose Green Label (with 2 milligrams of THC per serving). Choose Black Label if you’re after a substantial buzz, or Green Label for a gentle lift that leaves you in control.

GRAV Cannabis Cocktail Recipes

GRAV BOMB

A heart-pounding jolt of energy drink mixed with a relaxing dose of THC. A little up, a little down, a lot good. 

Ingredients:

1.5 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

1 heavy pour of energy drink

Squeeze of lime or orange

Fill a pint glass with ice and combine Cannabis Spirit, energy drink, and a squeeze of citrus. Enjoy. 

Alternative method: 

Pour Cannabis Spirit into a shot glass. Pour your chosen energy drink into a pint glass, leaving about an inch of empty space below the rim. Squeeze in citrus.

Carefully drop the entire shot glass into the pint glass, and toss the whole drink back in a few giant gulps. Be careful: the shot glass will slide around in there, and you don’t want to chip your front teeth. 

BLOODY MARY JANE

The breakfast of champions. Unlike the vodka version, this savory Bloody Mary won’t sap your energy and leave you with a hangover at 4pm. 

Ingredients: 

1.5 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

4 oz tomato juice

½ oz lemon juice

2 dashes Worcestershire

2 dashes hot sauce

¼ teaspoon horseradish

Pinch of salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice, and gently pour back and forth a few times between the shaker and a glass. Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. 

Garnish with celery, olives, cheese squares, a blunt, or literally anything you can think of.

CHILLER PUNCH BOWL

Why did people stop serving punch at parties? It’s cute, it makes getting a drink easy for your guests, and you can find outstanding old punch bowl sets at antique stores all over the place. I say long live punch. 

Ingredients: 

1 750-milliliter bottle GRAV Cannabis Spirit

12-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate

12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate

2 bottles ginger beer or lemon-lime soda

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or large pitcher and stir until frozen juices have melted. Float citrus slices on the top. Accept compliments on your classiness.


TROPICAL HIGHBALL

Give the classic highball a tiki-inspired twist with sweet lychee juice and coconut water. Don a Hawaiian shirt and play some exotica music…you’re not in Cincinnati anymore. You’re in Tahiti. 

Ingredients: 

1 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

1 oz lychee juice

1 oz coconut water

½ oz simple syrup

½ oz lime juice

1.5 oz sparkling water

Combine all ingredients in a tiki glass over ice. Garnish with lychee and mint.

DANK-QUIRI

Ernest Hemingway was famously a daiquiri man, throwing back his own special version of the drink at his favorite bar in Havana. Alas, our strawberry version won’t make you a brilliant writer. Probably. Maybe. Try it to find out?

Ingredients: 

1 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

¾ oz strawberry simple syrup

¾ oz lime juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel. 

To make strawberry syrup: simmer 8 ounces of strawberries, a cup of water, and a cup of sugar in a saucepan over low heat for about 20 minutes. Then strain the berries out and cool in the refrigerator.

PERCOLATOR

Excellent for a unique brunch drink or an after-dinner dessert, this White Russian-inspired sipper is sweet and cinnamon-y.

Ingredients: 

1 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

1.25 oz cold brew

¾ oz cinnamon syrup

1 oz milk/cream of choice

Dash vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. 

To make cinnamon syrup: In a small saucepan, simmer a cup of water, a cup of sugar, and 3-4 cinnamon sticks (broken in half) for about five minutes. Then cut the heat and let it steep for two to six hours. Strain the cinnamon solids and chill.

The absolute simplest, most refreshing cocktail this side of the Mississippi has to be Texas Ranch Water. Tequila, Topo Chico, and fresh lime…that’s an all-day, any day drink. When you swap out Cannabis Spirit for tequila, you get a beautifully balanced earthy drink that tastes like summer afternoons.

Ingredients: 

1.5 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

12 oz bottle Topo Chico (or sparkling mineral water of your choice)

Juice from half a lime

Pour all ingredients into a pint glass over ice and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz GRAV Cannabis Spirit

10-ish mint leaves

2 lime wedges

1 tsp simple syrup

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

½ cup coconut water

Splash of seltzer

Drop mint leaves, lime wedges, simple syrup, and apple cider vinegar into a strainer, and muddle to release the juices from the limes. 

Add ice, Cannabis Spirit, and coconut water. Shake. 

Pour into a fresh glass and top with seltzer and sprig of fresh mint.
