Points balances will be updated for new orders once those orders are delivered. This prevents scenarios where a customer might place an order, spend points earned on that order, and then the order needs to be canceled for some reason. When orders are canceled and refunded, the points earned from those orders are subtracted from the customer's points balance. Please wait to receive an order before inquiring about missing points.

Discount codes cannot be stacked. Shoppers can't apply a rewards discount code along with a code for an active promotion. Combining discounts would allow products to be sold for less than they cost us to make, which GRAV can't afford. Our rewards program is here to make sure loyal shoppers have access to a great deal whenever they want to shop, whether we're running a sale or not. And because we often offer double points as part of a sale, members can continue to get value from our rewards program during sales even when they're not redeeming a reward code.
